The search form allows you to search by the deceased's surname, first name, middle name and date of death.  An asterisk (*) can be used to truncate a name at the beginning or end to find variant spellings. (For example, a surname search for “Johns*” will return the surnames Johns, Johnsen, Johnson, Johnston, etc. A search using “*brook” will return the surnames Ashbrook, Benbrook, Brook, Holbrook, Westbrook, etc.)
